GOINGCoopertown Community Church is committed to sharing the love and good news of Jesus Christ with people in a variety of ways.
We participate in local service projects like Adopt A Highway, support The Open Door Pregnancy Center, work with other churches in the Robertson County Baptist Association, and more.
We are continuing to develop a mission emphasis that will impact areas outside of Robertson County. We have been to Ohio to help with a church plant. We have been to Mexico to offer Vacation Bible School in a variety of towns. We are continuing to look at further opportunities in the future as we are building relationships with missionaries in Brasil and other nations across the world.
We also encourage every member to share their faith with friends and family as they have opportunity to talk about the importance and value of knowing Jesus Christ as Savior.
Flood Relief EffortsWe believe that a significant way to be Going and sharing the love and good news of Jesus is to assist in the flood relief and clean up efforts in nearby Cheatham County. Rachael Pennington is helping to coordinate volunteers in this effort. Please email her to let her know your availability.
One of our own MissionariesTo the right is a video of Cierra Weikel who participated in a YWAM trip in 2009 to Tanzania Africa. Here you will hear her share about her experience, growth in missions and see highlights of her trip.
